Frequently Asked Questions

How does Davinci Teeth Whitening work?

Our whitening process uses a combination of LED blue light technology and an all-natural whitening gel to gently remove stains and discoloration from your teeth. The treatment is safe, effective, and typically results in a visibly whiter smile after just one session.

Yes, the Davinci Teeth Whitening gel is made from organic, plant- and mineral-based ingredients. It’s safe for your enamel and gentle on your teeth and gums, minimizing the risk of sensitivity compared to traditional bleaching products.

Each session typically lasts 15-45 minutes, depending on the level of whitening desired. During the session, you'll relax while our LED light and whitening gel work to brighten your smile.

Most clients experience little to no sensitivity during and after the treatment. Our formula is designed to be gentle on your teeth, but if you do feel sensitivity, it’s usually mild and temporary. We also offer desensitizing options if needed.

Results vary depending on the individual, but most clients see their teeth whitened by 5 to 14 shades in a single session. Factors like your starting tooth color, diet, and lifestyle habits will affect the outcome.

With proper care, your teeth whitening results can last 6 months to a year. To maintain your bright smile, avoid staining foods and drinks such as coffee, tea, red wine, and tobacco. We recommend touch-up sessions every 6 to 12 months.

Teeth whitening is generally suitable for anyone with healthy teeth and gums. However, it’s not recommended for pregnant or nursing women, children under 14, or individuals with untreated cavities or gum disease. We encourage you to consult with your dentist before undergoing whitening if you have concerns.

Pease do not brush or floss within 4 hours prior to your session, as this can cause sensitivity to the gums. Using mouthwash is perfectly fine. Enjoy your morning coffee before treatment, because you can’t have staining items 24 hours after! We also suggest grabbing a bite to eat beforehand, as it’s best to only drink water for 2 hours after your appointment to help maintain your bright new smile.

After your whitening session, we recommend avoiding dark-colored foods and beverages (like coffee, red wine, and soda) for 24–48 hours to prevent re-staining. Stick to lighter-colored or clear foods and drinks like water, chicken, and white rice during this time.

After your whitening session, it’s important to follow these aftercare steps to maximize your results and minimize any potential discomfort:

First Two Hours:
Only drink water and refrain from eating for the next two hours.

24 Hours (without add-on sealant treatment):
For the first 24 hours, avoid consuming foods and drinks that may cause stains, such as blueberries, tomato sauces, beets, carrots, red wine, coffee, tea, colas, and similar items.

White Spots on Teeth:
You may notice white spots on certain areas of your teeth. These are typically caused by calcium deposits or very porous teeth, and they will usually disappear within 24 hours.

White Spots on Gums:
If you have scrapes or cuts on your gums, you might see white spots or experience mild sensitivity during the whitening session. These should fade within an hour.

Sensitivity:
A small percentage of clients may experience minor tooth or gum sensitivity, which usually goes away within 24 hours. If sensitivity persists, we recommend trying our desensitizing treatment to provide relief.

This aftercare section provides clear guidance and addresses any concerns clients may have after their whitening treatment.

For best results, we suggest professional teeth whitening touch up session every 3–6 months, depending on your lifestyle and diet. We also offer maintenance products including our whitening pen to help keep your smile bright between sessions.
